The HR manager performed an initial phone screen. It was straightforward and he was friendly and informative about what to expect in the interview process. I was told that I was one of three people being interviewed for the position, and that I would progress through the following stages: two phone interviews and an in-person interview. I found everyone I spoke with to be friendly and direct. Questions were meant to connect my prior experience to the needs of the position. All three subsequent interviews happened within a week, and HR called to notify me of an impending offer the evening after my in-person interview.
