There were 3 interviews during the process: The first was an introduction to the sw team lead, having a QA test, and general questions about work, struggles and conflicts. The second interview was with project managers with similar questions about work processes. The last interview was with VP R&D and HR, general questions about work, why to join their company, questions about the previous place, about the industry, a lot of HR questions. All the interviews were very casual as a nice conversation, till the last interview the process was quite fast between the interviews. In the recommendations phase, they really took the time and at some point just disappeared. Eventually I connected with them and they said that they picked someone else for this position. Very discouraging the long waiting time and no response, the very least is just to give the candidate a notice about his status. very disrespectful.
