The interview process was quite straightforward and well-structured. It started with an initial HR screening call to discuss my background and availability. A few days later, I had a technical interview with the QA Lead. We discussed fundamental testing concepts, the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and my previous projects. The interviewers were very welcoming and made the overall experience comfortable.
