The process include IQ (Intelligent Quotient) containing 50 questions which need to be completed within 12 minutes (Very easy questions, just need presence of mind), followed by one Quality Assurance Test containing 50 questions need to be completed in 44 minutes (Questions are little tricky yet easy, need your base to be strong).
After completion of above two rounds, there will be one Face to Face round in which basic questions such as STLC, Agile, Severity, Priority and there examples, Why you want to change current employer.
At last formality of HR round in which your current CTC, Expected CTC experience will be discussed that's it and thereafter within 2 working days you will get offer letter.
