I applied for SRE role but HR assigned me interview for Associate Staff Engineer position ,but interviewer came up with a qustns for Devops role.. interviewer may be one of worker in dev teams or may be TL .i said may be is bcoz he didn't even gave intro about him and his designation and not even ready to hear my current role clearly .i tried to explain multiple of times that i'm working in monitoring tools as SRE but he keep on shooting out so many qustns related to deployments,scripts etc., Finally later he bend his ears about my current working tools in my current organisation and simply again questioning why did you applied for this role . I was like 🙄. even before interview i asked hr to assign for SRE role or atleast share me the JD for this interview let i prepare but she (HR) asked me to attend interview and then panel will decide about your designation to assigned..So i thought their may be some SRe related qustns but not even a single word asked relates to my designation. HR is not so polite as like other company HR's more than that interviewer is not even 1% good or polite completely he is rude ..
