The interview process takes places usually over 4-5 rounds. First round is a coding round where one usually gets an hour to code 3 questions in any preferred coding language. Post that 2nd and 3rd rounds are usually MCQ based rounds maybe focused around the tech stack one is interviewing for. The remaining rounds are technical interview and managerial rounds. The interview process is quite good and identifies the best talents throughout industry.

They normally ask bookish question, or completely out of the box trying oversmart. Never ask actual day to day life practical questions, which are actually used in project on day to day basis.
