One of the most horrible interviews I had in my 16 years of career. There are kids who take your interview and ask you questions around anything and everything. I was called in on a Wednesday for the interview for their so called urgent position in Austria. Apparently they told me that i was through all rounds and had a final interview with VP. After 3 hours, they said the VP is not available and they will revert back to me. Till date they have not sent even a negative response saying that I was not selected. Very Immature interview process and the HR is very irresponsible towards potential candidates.

General questions about architecture and overall design system understanding. All three interviewers were respectful, helpfull and understanding. They seemed to know their basics. The Tech team interaction was fine, however the HR team was a nightmare. They wanted to see ALL my documents (including my offer letter and salary slips) before even telling me a number they'd be comfortable offering me in terms of salary(nothing in writing just to get a verbal communication for the offer). This reeks of deep mistrust and insecure people, especialy from a people ops team . You are literally the HR team, trust PEOPLE that you are going to hire. Also no stock options. What's the point of working for a small startup, that to a series E startup having been around for more than 13 years and still not a unicorn. I mean if I am taking a bet on you then maybe take on me as well? Were willing to promise things but just not in writing. Overall seemed like a nice company, but just don't trust their employees at all(which could explain the 5 day work from office policy which in turn alienates good people I suppose).
