Dear potential colleague,
Allow me to express our regret for the experience that you had when interviewing at Nagarro. Let me assure you that this doesn't represent our intent or culture in any way. I am not sure why the interviewer who you met wasn't focusing on the interview process, but if he was occupied that day (frequent phone calls) then he should've not been taking interviews. This is something we will address and improve upon.
Also, I thank you for posting this feedback here - it always helps us improve as a company.
