Online application consisted of 2 videos, 1 report, and a cover letter. The assessment day consisted of 3 components: a formal interview, presentation, and group activity. In between the assessments you have networking opportunities with the Senior Leadership Team, an office tour, and a chance to get to know the other candidates.

Three stage process: First a phone call to discuss the role with the manager, then invited for in-person interview with two people, followed by a cultural fit interview with another two people.
