Long process, had to go through two Saturdays of four hour long workshops, create a program in your spare time, interview with another RA, go through an interview one on one with a Residence Hall Director or RHAD.

There is the group interview (around 30 people) which includes discussion questions, presentation of a project, and scenario reenactments.
There is also a one on one interview on a different date.

Show that you can facilitate conversation with others and that you encourage others and know your resources Also have an event prepared Be yourself! And be kind! There are a lot of steps so you have chances to show yourself! There's online questions, the group interview, and the one on one with an RHAD Good luck!
