The interview was relatively straightforward. Two project managers, one program manager and one assistant program director took turns asking about my specific skills and interests, and how they related to NYSERDA's projects.

Entretien
Everyone who interviewed me was friendly and professional. The interview was over Zoom with the camera on, then in person. It lasted for about 30 minutes minimum, then one hour in person.

I met with potential employers on Zoom and answered a series of questions. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I asked a few questions about the position at the end, and heard back relatively soon after.
The interview is mainly there to get to know you and your interest in the authority. Not all that hard, just need to appear interested and invested in the work.
