I was first asked for a quick phone interview and then settles for a panel review (2 employees and myself). It was a fairly simple interview asking what applications i'd coded before, and if i was comfortable taking feedback from employees in team across the world. I wasn't made uncomfortable at any moment and they seemed very interested in what i had to say.
