Took some time since they just has a major merger. After applying online with Freescale, I was called back 6 weeks later for an impromptu phone interview / screening. Then about another week went by then they emailed to set up an in-person interview for the week after. So it was 8 weeks total. The HR recruiter set up the times and I had plenty to choose from. Interviewed with 4 people (one at a time over 2.5 hrs. tot.): 1 HR recruiter 1 Application Developer / Project Manager 1 Project Manager 1 Hiring Manager / Program Manager
