      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez NVISH Solutions (Chandigarh) en juil. 2015

      Entretien

      It was simple and had 4 rounds: 1. HR round 2. Technical discussion 3.Technical cum general discussion with Manager 4. HR negotiation- which was just for formality and simply waste of time On day 1 itself, I told them my current ctc and expected ctc, however after clearing all the rounds, they offered me join their company at a good package. I was supposed to write a review but Why I am putting this under interviews is so that it can help someone to get the outcome of the Company: From the Day 1 I was not sure about the company and it's name, I connected with some of my friends in Chandigarh(Earlier employees of Nvish) they simply told me Nvish hire people to fire them when they are not needed or getting much salaries as the same case happened with them as well, so I got clear picture of the company why they pay you higher salaries when they need you. Again i connected with some other people in Chandigarh (Not employees of Nvish) they told it is a good company in Chandigarh but I was unable to remove the first impression of Nvish from my mind. Again I started reviewing the reviews of the company and found 50-60 % of them are negative so the percentage meant something for me or for some new persons. Here's the best experience after my interview and offer letter, I tried to connect to the HR and the technical person after receiving my offer letter to know about the project status and some other things but the way technical person behaved was like I was asking him to tell about his personal life such a stupid behavior. Then comes the HR ( Senior Manager) turn, I told her I will not be joining the company and here's how she reacted no call etc to discuss that what made me decide this rather replied my mail saying that's fine if you are not joining just give me some reference who can join on your joining date and we will offer him (relocation,joining bonus and other benefits which was not offered to me) + salary no bar( which she was telling in my case we are paying you too much then our capability). Rest you can assume this by this review. I do not know how they behave when a person will join the company if they treat the new joiners/unknowns like this. Good luck!!!!!
