I applied for a posted position in beginning of January and got a email for a phone interview at end of February for a different position. Things don't go super fast during the interview process but they do seem to be thorough. Eventually they flew me down to have a 1 on 1 interview with a number of different people. They probably should do more to ensure they don't repeat the same questions between different people. I think I did fairly well in the interview and I would have liked to get some feedback on why I didn't get an offer so that I could do better on my next interview but overall I think it was a positive experience to see what else is out there. They seem like a good company to work for - overall the people I met seemed happy.
