      The interview process was an absolute train wreck. After speaking with the hiring manager, I came to find out that the role description did not match the role they were trying to fill. This affected my ability to prepare for the interviews and to even determine if I was a good fit at all. I got to the final round after having completed 7 “virtual onsite” interviews, each 45 minutes long. None of the interviewers had came prepared with relevant questions. In one instance, I was even asked to explain the role I was applying for because the interviewer admitted to not have taken the time to review that information beforehand. I am not sure how the panel members were selected to conduct the interviews, but it was clear that there was significant miscommunication amongst those involved in this process - and frankly, a lack of care to even prepare at all. In all honesty, I am quite disappointed in my interview experience at NVIDIA. It is clear that although everyone is incredibly hard working and committed to their work, it comes at a great cost. I selected “No” under the question of getting an offer. The reality is that I never got a response, even after completing the final round of interviews. I followed up with emails but never heard back. It is quite a shame - I had really high hopes of wanting to love NVIDIA as much as its employees apparently do.

      - hiring manager call - walk through project - onsite with engineer, engineer manager, technical product manager, project manager, skip not fun. a few nice folks, but some memorably rude ones. was kept waiting for final decision for over a month. multi-week wait times between rounds too. be wary of your time going into the interview process.

      Contacted via multiple internal recruiters. Went back and forth a few times to align schedules. Interview call was to be done remotely via Teams. First scheduled time was set approximately 2 weeks in advance, then the interview was cancelled a few hours before it was to be held. Given the call was via Teams, it normally wouldn't have been an issue, but I had already rearranged my childcare schedule and pushed interviews with other employers to accommodate. Rescheduled for a second time, interviewer was a delegate of the hiring manager, was over 10min late, and not given the appropriate background information. The delegate did allow the interview to extend beyond the scheduled time to makeup for the delay. Received feedback three days later that they would be pursuing other candidates. I did appreciate the prompt conclusion.
