Applied on the company website. Got a call in a week. The phone interview was anything but a train wreck. The interviewer poses a question and quickly moves on. A lot of random talk in between. Seems they could use some training on how to conduct interview. They did not explain what the opening was about and did not provide any details about themselves either. Aren't the interviews supposed to be 2-way conversations? Posting this review so that they can review their interview process to make it smoother for future candidates.
