Started off by doing a questionnaire at University's career fair, contacted by HR to do a phone interview a month later.There were 3 rounds of phone interviews in total which spanned over 3 weeks. After I passed each round, HR would contact me to arrange another interview. Was given an offer a week after last interview HR in my case isn't very responsive. I had to send my email twice every time to get a reply. The entire process took 2 months starting from the career fair, which was quite long
