First person in Interview was from HR. explained all the benefits the company has - pretty standard & competitive in the silicon valley. This was followed by technical interview. All of the interviewers were quite friendly & helpful. They seem to understand the fact that you are not expected to remember every single detail of what you did or doing. In other words, treat you with respect & helps you where you falter, but checks your basic knowledge in the job you will be doing.
