It was a quite standart process, firstly HR interview took place, A personality inventory was administered. A presentation was made based on the résumé. The company and team were introduced, and expectations were outlined. Afterwards, another interview was conducted with the managers, focusing on technical and experiential aspects.

2 Interviews First Technical and Second Managerial . 2nd interview was very general it involved 2 presentations . 1st presentation was about client relationship skills through various the projects one has worked on and 2nd was on SAP implementation strategy.
