not good, it was done with 3 different managers. There was no consistency in the interview process it was a very scattered in the approach. I was not really sure what they were looking for in the interview process.
Interview was very positive which started off with a brief synopsis of the role requirement and company from Sales Director, this helped to pinpoint the key areas to focus on during the interview. HR and Sales Director were friendly and a good representative of the company as a whole. Interview itself had logical structure and seemed professional compared to other interviews.

Entretien
standard rounds of interviews as you would expect. It was not too overwhelming. i was asked standard questions during the process. I got a chance to speak with multiple levels of management.
After rounds of interviews with multiple manager and HR, i was presenting with a detailed back ground check. This process took couple weeks to complete. After the back ground check was completed an offer was process.
