Same as most shops. They inquired about years of experience and wanted to make sure I would pass a drug test. Interviews are with the manager at the designated location. Honestly, NTB is always looking for lube technicians so the interview is merely a formality. Technician's are always in demand, just not always at the location you are wanting. Overall, very easy and informal. The longest part is waiting for drug-screening results to come back in.
