Online, open friendly and inspiring. Engaging but not in a intimidating way, there where two members from management. They were both easy to engage with, very enthusiastic and very help even when met with questions.

Easy, effective and quick. Very good communication from interviewer, people skills, empathy and values. Explained what NSC is about and made me understand the role I was being interviewed for. I was super ready to start, learn and develop within NSC.
