Applied online, spoke with the hiring manager via the phone, then did an in-person interview with the same manager. Very small US branch with 1~2 employees at the time. Interview was pretty detail-oriented, going over the job responsibilities, expectations & company. They also requested that I go to their headquarters in China for several weeks to train for the position.
