The interview process was online after an initial screening call. I had a lovely experience with the two people interviewing me despite not making it through to the next round.

Initial screening call and then had to do a 15 minute presentation to a panel of three based on a brief they gave you at their office in South Melbourne. They barely acknowledged how much time you would have had to spend making the presentation. Absolute joke to make applicants to do that.
