Initial interview with the hiring manager was fairly unstructured and informal. After being called back for a 2nd interview I was told that the job I'd applied for had been offered to someone else, but they would like to offer me a different job (production line planning). I was initially told that my salary of £39k could be matched, but at the very end of interview was told both jobs were set at £32k. I declined.
