My initial interview consisted of me and the hiring manager. We did not jump into questions right away. We spoke of the role and qualifications. We then moved on to my resume and I was asked information on each previous job. I was not offered the position during my interview. About two weeks had past and I received a phone call requesting a second interview. The second interview consisted of the job offer and I accepted. The job offer was presented to me in hard copy form for signature. I was then instructed to go to a medical testing facility for several test including a drug screen. Testing included hearing conservation and eye test. The results took a couple days. I was then called back and my start date was arranged. Very professional.
