The interviewer displayed a lack of professionalism throughout the process. From the outset, he engaged in debates over every question, even when I shared details about my personal roles and responsibilities in my current company. Additionally, he did not respect the scheduled time, causing a significant delay that required me to follow up with HR before he finally joined. Although the interview was intended to last 30 minutes, it was unnecessarily prolonged to an hour due to ongoing arguments. I provided clear and accurate responses to his questions, none of which were particularly challenging for me. However, despite answering correctly, he repeatedly contradicted my statements. I began to feel that I had a stronger understanding of the subject than he did, leading me to suspect that he was merely testing my patience. Unfortunately, this dynamic resulted in a negative outcome. In retrospect, I believe he may have given unfavorable feedback because he perceived me as a threat to his position due to my higher level of expertise.
