I have been contacted on LinkedIn by the future manager. They are recruiting a lot and offer not too much, therefore not only HR, also local management is asked to reach out to candidates. They promised Scandinavian appproach, strong culture, values, despite low pay, i gave it a try. Interview was super easy. They take everyone due to many people leaving constantly.
