Entretien
Had one interview with Project Manager and someone on the team. Just a few technical questions and some process questions dealing with handling ambiguity. Overall, a pretty chill interview. I was expecting a few more rounds.

Entretien
The interview process was clear. It had one phone call with HR and one with hiring manager. Both did go well and then they called me for an onsite interview. As they had many positions open, they were easy on interview. The immediate next day after onsite, HR called me and said they are ready to move with extending the offer. However, since then no communication further and when I reached back to HR in next 15 days, I got a news saying " They don't want to move with my candidacy" This was inappropriate, but I understand things change at last moment, but they should have taken time before communicating me about extending the offer and giving false hope.

Hiring manger phone call- experience sharing, what team does and why career change to nike
Onsite:- 2 rounds, they had given me data challenge before onsite. In both the rounds the discussion were based on my previous rounds questions, so quite repetative, but they did emphasized quickly on data challenge and technical short questions.
