J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez NIKE (Seattle, WA) en nov. 2015
Entretien
It started with an in-person meeting with a sr. director to review my resume and job experiences. The 2nd round interview was over the phone and with a recruiter at Nike to discuss the position. The 3rd and final round interview at Nike Portland and entailed a 5 hour meeting with two directors, two managers, and analyst to review my resume and ask scenario/behavioral interview questions
Great experience- very respectful and patience and clear questioning method. They were very interested in leaning about me and my experiences.I Was also impressed by the friendliness of those i met
Recruiter screen, then the director hiring for the position, then a series of 3 interviews with a manager, a director, and a VP.
The interviews were pretty much what you’d expect — lots of behavioral questions and digging into experience to see how the fit would be with the job requirements.
