Group interview. There were five other candidates, and two interviewers. It wasn't bad at all. Since it was a group interview it was a lot more comfortable than the usual one on one interview. They asked general questions, nothing hard, and the interviewers were nice. They weren't hard to talk to, and they would respond to our answers in a good way. I enjoyed the interview.

La entrevista fue desde el primer momento un proceso dinámico, en el que se centraban los entrevistadores en aspectos como resolución de conflictos, trabajo en equipo, y opiniones que tengamos respecto a la marca.
Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.

Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
