J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez NIKE (Séoul) en avr. 2008
Entretien
Talked about past sales experiences at previous job.
Consisted of 3 interviews, 1 with the HR manager, 1 with the Sales Manager and then one with the Sales Director, but not always 1:1. There would be other people from the team sitting in, throwing out questions or two.
The Sales Director has a consulting background, so there were some math questions that you were asked to talk through, but not too difficult. Just have to show logic and be calm under pressure.
English competency is a big requirement as Nike is a global company. About 1/3 of the interview was conducted in English
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
If you were to fill ping pong balls in to this room, how many would you be able to fill?

The interview process for a Nike retail role usually starts with an online application, where candidates submit their CV and answer a few short questions about their interest in sport, teamwork, and customer service.
If shortlisted, candidates are invited to a group interview or assessment session held in-store. This stage focuses on how well you interact with others and reflect Nike’s core values. You might take part in:
Icebreaker activities
Team challenges (e.g. solving a retail scenario or building a display idea)
Discussions about sport, motivation, and personal goals

The interviewer was respectful. They asked my biggest strength and weakness. They asked me how I would sell a shoe. What would I do if a customer found a shoe in the wrong size.
