It was a pretty quick interview process I applies and a few days later got called in for an interview. After the interview it was about 2 days after that when I got the phone call offering me the job. Mine was a one on one interview but they also do group interviews.

Friendly interviewer, very engaging. Started off talking about my own experiences and the more about Nike as a company and the brand image. Did not feel like an interview, very informal.

The interview was done virtually. The zoom interview was an extensive 45 minutes of going over company missions, policies, and asking about how you'd align with the company. The questions were relatively simple.

Was a group interview, took about a week or so to get a response. Asked basic interview questions, recommend jumping in to answer among other potential employees. Very typical interview
