I would never suggest anyone to waste the time to give the interview for this chip company. I went through first round technical questions I was asked DS and problem solving related question. I qualified first round later second round get scheduled and they have given two coding question to solve in front of the panel. I submitted the answer of both the questions with all test case passed. Later I got the mail that I have not cleared the second round. I asked from the HR she told me that you are not clear with the concept.

I had 2 tech rounds, 1 director round, and 1 round with the HR. Everyone on the panel was kind and encouraging. The discussion was targetting towards understanding the canddate rather then looking for reasons why they wont be a good fit.
