Four rounds of interviews each about an hour and kind of all over the place. It took about 2 months in total and there were gaps in between. Didn’t get the role but recommended me to a partner agency.

I had 5 interviews over the course of 2 weeks. Almost all of the questions were behavioral tell me about a time when you did x or z. They were all related to nikes core principals. I heard back and was given an offer and negotiated salary and pay with HR.
