Entretien
First it was a phone interview, then it was a group interview. I was asked simple questions like how I acted as a team player or how I can lead a team. What my favorite Nike shoes were. Things like that. There were two managers. Both were pretty laid back. One was about my age, the other was much older.
Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.

Entretien
Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
Fast and efficient. Did not have to wait long. Interview questions are as expected. Questions asked are more towards competency and scenario based ones.
Basically met Store Leader of the shop over video call for the interview process
