Vorauswahl durch HR. Ein Interview mit zwei Mitarbeiten (Sales und Supply Chain). Generell sehr freundliche Atmosphäre. Gleich per du, was es mir einfacher gemacht hat. Der Raum war leider etwas klein, so dass man etwas gequetscht saß.

Klassisch: Lebenslauf und bisherige Stationen. Hier wurde immer wieder nachgebohrt, Beispiel zu liefern. Auch kam häufig: Was hast du dabei gelernt.
candidatei-me em Janeiro, fui primeiro contatado pelos HR em meados de Fevereiro, primeira entrevista em Marco, segunda entrevista em Abril e resposta final apenas em Junho. Depois de toda a burocracia so iniciei contrato em Agosto.
They used hirevue to screen before making it to the next step. It was an interesting process but I would prefer face to face or phone screening instead. The positive thing was that we could prepare for the questions 4 times.
