Basic questions like "What makes you Nike ?" and about your motivation. After about 1 month I was asked for a video call with 2 managers, for about 45 min. It was strictly related to the position, and about my expectations for that job, as well as my motivations in joining that specific team. Later, I was sent a business case I had 24h to solve. It was about the launch of a new product, and I had to solve some sourcing activities for it. Was not too easy, and no specifications or requirements were given. You are very free to develop your answer, which can be positive or negative. Apparently my case solution did not convince them, and they said they preferred candidates with deeper procurement knowledge and experience.
