Started with writing a brief 300 word application about why you wanted to work with Nike and your passion for sports. Second was a video interview where you were given unlimited time to record you response to written questions such as: provide and example of when you provide excellent customer service. Etc. Finally was a group interview ran by a few managers, running through a series of activities, while being observed. The activities mainly seemed to be focused around how you worked in smalls teams. After the group interview each person was taken aside for a personal interview which consisted of behavioral questions like: tell me about a time you dealt with an angry customer and how you behaved. Overall a very positive and fun atmosphere for the interview. Was well run and would have happily accepted the offer but received a better offer during the process.
