Submitted an online application and was contacted for a phone interview a week later. After the phone interview, I was scheduled to come in to the retail store and do a panel interview in front of 3 assistant store managers. After that they called me and scheduled me with another panel interview consisting of 2 assistant store managers and the store manager.

Phone screen followed by 3 panel interviews with leadership. Questions cover managemnet tasks such as operations, coaching and development of a team as well as business results and driving business results

Applied online. Was contacted on the phone 3-4 weeks later and we set up a date for a Zoom call. The interview lasted around 40 minutes and was difficult in the sense that the question put forward was more directed about me and who I am as a person rather than my experience and what I can contribute with.
