group interview, very basic questions about your life as an athlete and what that means to you. and they also want to hear about how you do working as a team. after the first interview they basically tell you if you have the job or not.

Group interview with general questions. I dont remember the exact questions since it was years ago but the level of difficulty was rather low. Anyone applying for this position should be able to obtain it. Very average atmosphere.
