In the beginning you will receive a phone call for a phone screening, in that moment they will ask a series of question if you do a great job on the phone screening you will receive a date for a panel interview. In the panel interview there will be two managers and anyone who will be interviewing for the position.

Organised and detailed, yet relaxed approach to get to know the person. Nike took their time to get to know me as a person and gave feedback along the way.
Several rounds of interviews with different team members going over scenarios. Only issue is role was reevaluated at the end and the recruiter went quiet for some time. I received another offer by the time I heard back.

Bom, pois tinha dinâmica e depois entrevista com gestores da área. No meu caso, conversei primeiro com o vice-presidente de marketing e depois fui encaminhada para o diretor de OPS.
