Applied online and was contacted shortly after (about two days) for an interview. First interview was a group setting. Talked more about personality profiles than any job related questions. Was contacted a few hours after initial interview for second interview. Took place two days later and was one on one. Focused on work experience and job related questions. Was offered job immediately after interview.
