To become a Technical Developer 2, you have to pass a Pattern manipulation test (on a paper pattern, no digital pattern making), an Adobe Illustrator test, as well as a measurement test.

HR interview, one week later interview with 2 Product Line Managers for 45 minutes each, and a 90 minute interview with Hiring manager and a Director from another category. Each interview has 3 competency questions.

Team work Tell me about a time working with a high performance team?
The first step was a phone screening followed but a zoom ca with several directors. The in person interview consisted of a panel interview and an assessment test The in person interview took all day. Everyone was nice , it was just a long day.
