There was an online application followed up by a phone call interview with a few basic questions. Then I was interviewed by one of the managers in person. I heard that other employees were interviewed by two managers and/ or were interviewed in a group as well.

Why do you think you would be a vital part of this team?
The process was very quick and simple. It’s wasn’t anything to stress over. Just be yourself. The questions asked were not challenging especially if you already have retail experience and answers will just come naturally. If you don’t have any retail experience, the questions asked are also simply related to everyday life

Entretien
Virtual interview where you respond to questions with a video recording. Two attempts on video recordings. There is no human interaction on the interview or while using the platform. Received offer almost immediately after submitting
Everything is online so you just record videos to the questions. You get 3 minutes to record each answer and you can’t retake the video once. You don’t get to interview with a person thanks to the pandemic.
