I was originally applying for a different position within Nike digital. I didn't hear back for a couple weeks. After promising to get back to me, my recruiter ghosted again. It wasn't until I had gotten other offers that I used to leverage a reply from the recruiter did they get back to me. I ended up interviewing for a different position the next day and found out I got the job the following day.
