I applied Wednesday received a phone screening Thursday morning and interviewed Friday afternoon. I always check Glassdoor for tips. it started with a group of us, 5 of us to be exact, 3 girls and two guys, the Head Coach for one of the departments warmed up by getting us to talk to each other and got us ready for the real interview he made it cool. Once that part was over he split us up he took the two girls and one guy to one room and me and the other guy into the other room where there were 3 people interviewing us. they all introduced themselves and proceeded to ask us questions. they asked the basic retail questions like what motivates you what can you bring to the table etc. I felt comfortable after a while. it was the most comfortable interview I've ever had. I saw from the corner of my eye the manager watching how attentive I was when the boy next to me was saying his answers I think they liked that. the only thing is that the store I applied to doesn't open til OCT 27th ugh. lol but besides that it was cool. it's only been two days so I'm still waiting to hear back from someone. I will be following up in a few days.... It's been almost two weeks I called my recruiter twice and on August 10th I got an email for my background check do hopefully that means I'm in. overall great experience from Nike.
