Entretien
I interviewed with Nike and the interviewer was very laid back. He asked mostly behavioral questions, but seem to focus a lot on my GPA. He asked about my experience and what other positions was I applying to. It was my first interview so in retrospect I think I could've done a lot better. Unfortunately, I didn't make the first cut (there are 3 stages before an offer) but it is alright.
Submitted resume and cover letter then got a hireview, importance on why Nike and draw to company and oregon. Next round is virtual and then go for a live day.

Why Nike and how does this link to your long term goals?
First interview: virtual interview- few questions about your background and why Nike- two tries per question. After a few simulation games that include math related and behaviour related
Second interview- zoom call about your background why NIKE- very informal
Submitted my resume and did a HireVue interview that asked a few questions. Received an interview invitation from a recruiter and then had two interviews, each with a manager on the team.
