Very simple, it was a panel interview and they were very polite and understanding. It is definitely an environment I’d love to work in and it is always a learning lesson whether you are successful or not you can get feedback provided at the end of it

Series of questions, what my experience was, how I would handle situations, what I knew about safeguarding, followed with if I had any questions for them. Had great conversation in between questions, really friendly staff. Was a really laid back interview, didn't feel overwhelming.
